Participate in a simple 5-10 minute phone interview. We’ll get your logo, color preference, tax-exempt number, the contact information of involved parties, and the goals and purpose of your fundraiser.
We will provide your school with a school-branded website w/full e-commerce functionality, school-branded social media, shareable images, poster graphics and order forms that you can print and use at your discretion… Everything to help you and your students, fans, and supporters spread the word and get people excited about the benefits of The FanWrap™.
Orders can be made between January 1st and May 1st with final shipping to each school in late August or early September, just in time for fall weather.
Orders would be shipped directly to each school/organization for distribution by your group OR we can ship individual orders directly to each purchaser, creating an additional revenue opportunity for your school/organization. There are extra costs for fulfilling individual orders and these may be absorbed by your organization or added as a cost to those placing their orders online at checkout. As The FanWrap™ is customized for each school, a 50% deposit will be due with the balance to be invoiced (including shipping costs) at the time of shipping.
If the school-branded eCommerce portal is chosen, we will process payments on your behalf and provide monthly sales reporting.
The suggested retail pricing is $69.99, although many have set their price at $79.99 with little resistance. We are offering wholesale pricing to you at $34.99 with a minimum order quantity of forty-eight units. Prices can drop to as low as $29.99 with orders of 1,000 or more (one color, one location/center back). See the Licensed Order Form or Unlicensed Order Form for details.)
At $69.99 MSRP, your team/organization stands to make $35.00 per unit (100% Profit) and we estimate you may sell between 200-1000 units, depending on the number of promotional channels/students/staff/alumni, etc., engaged in your fundraising program.
Note: We have received requests for customized colors for THE FanWrap™ to be able to match your institution’s specific colors and branding standards. A custom color run does not increase the unit cost. However, there is a minimum order requirement of 600 units in order to produce the outer waterproof shell in any custom color you choose.
Our standard outer shell colors are Black, Red, Royal Blue, and Navy Blue. Please refer to our Standard Color Chart.
The pricing on the order form includes logo printing in one color (any color, your choice), in one consistent position on the back, maximum size 12” x 12”. Multiple color logo printing and other locations also available. Please ask for details.
